Well I spoke at the Marietta Conversation on Education. I managed to express my concerns with our areas’ higher than national averave of obesity in adults as 40%, Our district as 45% and my solution was all day everyy day PE????????? Well tha Govenour said I understand everything except the all day part. I said I made a mistake but I’d accept a period a day with the kids. Yes I was a little nervous…Oh well the point was made and heard! Lynn Laing PE Warren Elementary
Congrats on your contribution. Sometimes those ‘mistakes’ are the best way to make a lasting impression. Thanks for taking the time to prepare and contribute. Your advocacy and the advocacy of others is a necessity if we are to see our way forward.
I would love to hear about the experience of others. This blog has great potential for networking. Thanks Cecilia for taking the initiative.
